Paper Stocks and Printing Quality
Dina Ink note cards, invitations, calling cards, announcements, and photo cards are printed on 80-pound card stock and accompanied by fine white envelopes. When ordered, the return address is printed directly on the envelope in matching design and font. Notepads are printed using 70/28-pound opaque paper. All products are printed using a high quality printer that produces vibrant colors. A small Dina Ink logo and website address are printed on the back of all calling cards, note cards, announcements, bag tags and invitations.
Placing an Order
Select a design or design name to access the personalization page. Enter the text exactly as you would like it to appear, including greetings, etc. Please note that the displayed designs are previews, and adjustments for layout, sizing and spacing will be made to customize your order before printing.
If you like a design but prefer a different color, please enter your request in the 'Special Instructions' area on the personalization page. Please be specific (i.e. cite a color from another design) so your stationery can be produced to your liking. Note that the more requested changes, the longer it takes to process your order. Dina Ink reserves the right to refuse to produce any customized features (text, photographs, artwork, etc.) that do not meet our quality guidelines.
We are happy to personalize your stationery with your photograph. Email your digital file to email@example.com after submitting your order and make sure your customer name and order number are in the subject line. Your photo will be printed directly onto the card stock and may be cropped in order to make it fit properly. An additional charge of $.25 each will apply to photo invitations and announcements.
Please note: Acceptable file formats are JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution of 750 x 885 pixels. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the digital image. Do not size the image before sending.
A proof of your invitation/announcement will be emailed to you within a few business days of order placement. If you would like to see a printed final proof, one with your approved text can be mailed to you at no charge. This method is advisable if you require exact colors, as monitor settings differ and the displayed colors may vary slightly from the printed version. Once your approval is given and your order is printed, the customer is responsible to pay for any changes.
Standard orders ship within 2 weeks of order placement or proof approval. During non-peak times, orders often ship in 1 week. If you require expedited service, please contact Dina Ink and every effort will be made to ready your gift for your special occasion.
If you plan to pick up your order in Simi Valley (Wood Ranch), California, there is no charge for shipping. When entering your Delivery Information in Step 1, please select 'Local Pick Up.'
Orders are shipped via the USPS. Depending on the package weight and urgency, you can select First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail. International shipments may result in an additional charge which will be billed before the order ships. Please note that a $3 handling fee is included in the shipping estimate. If you prefer to ship collect using a UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number, please select 'Local Pick Up' and enter the account information in the 'Special Instructions' area.
Payment by Cash or Check
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, select 'Cash on Delivery' under Step 2. You can either pay at pick up, or mail your payment to: Dina Ink, 170 Sawtelle Court, Simi Valley, CA 93065.
Payment by Credit Card through PayPal
PayPal is the trusted leader in online transactions, enabling customers to quickly and securely make online payments. All transactions are protected with industry-leading security and fraud-prevention systems. To use this method, select 'PayPal' under Step 2. In Step 3, click 'Confirm the Order' to proceed to the payment page. You can either login using your existing PayPal email and password, or select 'Continue' and enter your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover Card information.
Federal Law requires Dina Ink to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from sales tax.
We apologize, but we are unable to change or cancel online orders.
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. If we make a mistake on your order or it is damaged in transit, we will reprint and ship at no cost to you. Since customers proof all invitations/announcements and can request printed samples (see 'Proofs' policy), there are no refunds or exchanges once orders are printed.
